Shawn, a serial entrepreneur, spent the last 15 years in the wireless telecommunication and retail technology sectors. He has founded and operated several wireless retail chains with over 100 locations and software businesses. He is well versed in the mergers and acquisitions side of business, having worked through those elements with his own ventures. He is part of four generations who have affiliation with AT&T's (formerly SBC) landline and wireless divisions.
He has served the role of consultant, partner, director or owner of multiple telecommunication and technology companies, having spent many years working with AT&T, Cingular Wireless, Dobson Communications, Cellular One, WorldCom, Cricket Communications, Open Mobile, Best Buy, Boost Mobile and US Cellular. Shawn's vast experience within the wireless retail channel enabled his success in the retail sensory technology space. He is a firm believer that the retail landscape has made a monumental shift to Point-of-Service instead of Point-of-Sale. This conceptualization, coupled with leveraging his knowledge of retail with technology, provided the template from which a BluJett's strong value proposition was built. Shawn is the founder and visionary behind BluJett. He is responsible for ensuring the continued growth of the company through a focus on technology and retail customer satisfaction. He concentrates on the innovation of exceptional products and services, driving standards of excellence within BluJett and strengthening the company's market presence. Shawn resides in Windermere, Florida with his wife and two children. |

Rick DeFino plays a pivotal role in achieving additional success for Blujett. Rick has over 24 years of sales, operations, and sales management experience in the wireless industry. Having held executive level leadership roles at Brightpoint, Cellstar and American Wireless among others, Rick brings a tremendous amount of talent and experience to his role at Blujett. His understanding of wireless from multiple sides of the business will enable Blujett to match and tailor its services to the specific needs of its world class clients. Rick is the consummate professional with a myriad of key relationships within the wireless and telecommunications industry. His broad experience with the multiple distribution channels and verticals allow him to effectively craft custom solutions for some of the most important names in Retail and Wireless. Rick holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at Arlington as well as a Master of Business Degree from Texas Christian University. He resides in the Pocono Mountains of Eastern PA with his wife and three children. |

Johns mission at BluJett is to help see that the creativity of the team becomes reality.
His
engineering experience began as a Research Engineer / Scientist at IBM
in the mid 1970s. He was responsible for the hardware and software
design of a number of projects including one that would be the
predecessor to the current cellular telephone. He left IBM and co-founded a company based on technology he had developed for hand-held computers. The company serviced customers including IBM, NCR, 3M, Control Data, Honeywell and Burroughs. He was instrumental in taking that company public in 1984. He then formed, and raised financing for, a company that produced animated graphic displays used in advertising and information presentation. Mr. DeFino then consulted with various companies before joining SCS Inc. in 1988 as VP of Engineering and Chief Technical Officer. He stayed with SCS until the end of 2009. He was responsible for all of the hardware and software development for all the SCS family of companies. He personally designed and wrote software for many of the products as well as production test. He was responsible for the companys intellectual property, regulatory compliance and also served as head of IT. Mr. DeFinos designs can be found in the products of many of the worlds automakers, RV manufactures and military vehicles. His designs are in campus security systems currently being used in hospitals, shopping malls and college campuses. He is the author of a number of web based programs sold on the Internet through various sources. Mr. DeFino holds patents in telecommunication devices, portable computers and automotive products. John lives with his wife in coastal North Carolina. He is an advanced class amateur radio operator, licensed private pilot and, with his wife, a competitive ballroom dance athlete. |

Brian Dubiski, EVP - Emerging Markets |

Brian brings a vast knowledge of operating companies and delivering leading industry technologies to support and empower the retail process. He has over 15 years of automotive experience as a former General Manager of a premier Toyota dealership in Houston, Texas. Brian has been an active Angel Investor and Board Member in several emerging companies, most recently with an innovative Mobile Banking Platform called mFunds. He also currently is a partner in a retail wireless platform that operates a 40+ chain in approximately 25 states.
He is currently cultivating markets within wireless channels and has been concentrating on expanding the BluJett sensory technology platform into many other vertical retail channels such as medical/hospitals, automotive, OEMs and all retail store environments that are dedicated to increasing sales and the customer store experience. He has always been known as a trail blazer when it comes to staying ahead of the technology curve in retail markets and understands the power behind empowering a company's employees and their consumers via advanced and powerful technologies. Brian has a BS of Economics from Texas Tech University and currently resides in Bellaire, TX with his wife and two children. |

Jay Lellman, VP - Logistical Services and Vendor Relations |

Jay is a cornerstone of the BluJett team, providing leadership and structure to the organization. As Director of Logistic Services, he serves in a number of leadership positions for BluJett. He is a self-taught, creative entrepreneur who honed his skills while working with Cellular One, AT&T, Dobson Communications, Alltel, Dish Network and Sirius Satellite Radio over the past 15 years.
Jay developed a keen sense of what is required to be successful while in the retail environment. He constantly focuses his energy on garnering a greater understanding of the retail experience from the customer's perspective. This knowledge and expertise allow him to stay in touch with the consumer experience, which is constantly evolving in the retail environment. Jay's creative thinking and leadership have proven true with the management and ownership of numerous retail wireless technology locations in the Great Lakes Region. His philosophy and ability to create and manage dynamic teams continues to enable BluJett to maintain a vibrant, growing environment for its clients and customers. Jay resides in Eau Claire, Wisconsin with his wife and 3 children. |

Tom Schrader, VP - Technical Services |

Tom Schrader is responsible for the health and well being of the end user consoles. The Tech Support team provides first class support to the clients to ensure maximum up time. Prior to BluJett, Tom spent the 12 years in retail management and IT management. Spending time first in the retail sector and later moving to the front office managing IT support, the ad-hoc motto of the Team has become Serve the customer or serve the server. This tenet forms the backbone of the support teams attitude. Tom currently resides in Green Bay, Wisconsin with his wife and two children. He is also one of 100,000 part-time assistant coaches of the Green Bay Packers. |

Jeff is a seasoned sales and business development veteran. He has spent the last 20+ years in the B2B and B2C space, operating and expanding leading retail and technology businesses.
Prior to BluJett, Jeff worked for Retail Business Development running Operations for multiple (wireless) retail clients, implementing revenue producing programs and simultaneously executing on multiple cost cutting measures. At GN Jabra, Jeff was in charge of North American Retail distribution and rolled out distribution into all of Latin America. As one of the original handful of employees who spawned Cricket Communications, Jeff spent over 6 years at Leap Wireless holding various sales roles, including Vice President of Sales, and assisted in launching 40 markets for the then new carrier. Prior to Leap, Jeff owned and operated a chain of 14 retail wireless locations in San Diego. Selling into and managing products through retail behemoths such as Best Buy, Walmart, and Radio Shack, Jeff's keen sense of sales and marketing has made him an expert in merchandising, retail channel sell-through, and retail marketing. Jeff has a BSBA from San Diego State University and currently resides in Tampa, FL. |
